Out of Sight, Out of Mind

*I'm currently doing a giveaway on one of these.  For details, go to the giveaways tab.

Many people have trouble finding a place to put all of their food, this new product is sure to put a smile on someone's face cuz its already put one on mine.  Introducing the Under the Bed Harvest #10 Rack.

This rotating dream is the same dimension as the standard Harvest that we are used to seeing, its just one level rather than the multiple rows that typically come standard in the other configurations.  This means that it is 24.5" deep and 36" wide.  It has 4 rows which hold 7 cans each making it 28 cans altogether.  So, how many cans can your bed conceal?

If you have a crib, this is a little bit too wide, so it won't fit under there.

If you have a twin or full bed, you will be able to fit 2 sets back to back with one area to fill the shelf being at the head of the bed and one being at the foot of the bed.  This would mean 56 #10 cans!!!  But we're just getting started :P

If you have a queen bed you would be able to fit 4....YES 4 of these under your bed.  That would mean if you had 2 sets of 2 back to back with entries on both of the sides of the bed you would be able to store 112 cans!  How awesome is that.  This means you have the equivalency of a FULL Harvest 72 #10 underneath your bed.  Can I get a woooooohooooooo!

Of course, you probably already guess that a California King and regular King also hold 4 sets with plenty of room to spare.  If that doesn't make you smile...nothin' will!

As you can imagine, two cans stacked on top of one another are pretty high so you will probably need to buy a bed raiser as is pictured above.

If you like this post, you'd also like Under the Bed for Soup Cans as well.

This post comes from fellow blogger Tawny at http://tawnysthrivinghomeblog.com
The Freshman 15! My theory is it comes from all the junk food poor college kids are living on: Ramen noodles, Mac & Cheese, Frozen Pizza! Yuck!!
Eating healthy can seem expensive. Fresh Produce goes bad very quickly. processed food is cheap because its full of ‘junk’.
Do you know a college student you care about? Would you like an easy, affordable way to provide this ‘starving’ college student real, healthy, easy to use, convenient, shelf stable food?
The perfect gift: The Q!
You choose the amount. Each month Real healthy food is sent to your ‘starving’ college student! You can even choose what foods to send! Does you student love milk but is short on space? Send him a #10 can of instant milk each month! Is she a cheese lover? Send her yummy real freeze dried cheeses each month? You can choose entrees, desserts, fruits, veggies, dairy, basics, meats & beans, anything you would like!
What college student wouldn’t love a monthly gift of food! How comforting would milk & brownies be each month? You will feel great knowing you are providing real food free of preservatives, with no added sugars or salts! What a great way to ensure he gets his fruits and veggies even when away from home!
College kids are short on space! Pantry cans are perfect! They can be stored just about anywhere! You can also provide your student with cansolidator or FRS shelving to help store his monthly gifts of goodies! Thrive foods require no refrigeration and have a long shelf life!
Many college kids don’t have access to a full kitchen, many shelf reliance foods can be eaten right out of the can, reconstituted, or warmed in the microwave!
When you give the Q as a gift, you get the satisfaction of providing a great gift, earn Q club reward points, and are always guaranteed the lowest price on Shelf Reliance Products!
The Q really is the gift that keeps on giving!
The Q makes the perfect gift for graduates, college students, newly weds, or anyone who eats!

Now for details on the Cansolidator Pantry:

The Cansolidator Pantry is one of many food rotational systems which Shelf Reliance has developed to help you have more organized and fresh food.  It works by having you insert newer product on the top and rolling the older product to the bottom in First In, First Out fashion.  No more having a tower of cans fall over when you need something or opening up a can of expired spoiling soup.
Here's a diagram of how it works!

I love that you can adjust the racks to fit whatever type of food you need whether its tuna cans, chicken noodle soup or green beans.  Also, its nice being able to add on to whatever rack you buy so you can place more cans with your current system.  For an idea of some of the other can rotation systems we sell, click here.

Harvest 72" Organization at your Fingertips

Day 2 Harvest 72" Shelving Units

Why I REALLY joined Shelf Reliance!  Ok, so I truly love the cooking products and how convenient they are since they are washed, chopped up and ready to cook... but I've had my eyes on one of these shelves for years! When they first came out a few years ago, I believe they retailed somewhere around $600.  Then, Costco entered the scene and got the price dropped to 500, then 400, then 350.  Well, I'm happy to report that I can beat that!  Shelf Reliance always guarantees that their consultants will get the lowest price no matter what.  Naturally, I had to see what kind of deal this might bring me.  I was floored when I saw that I was able to get one for the amazing price of 264.99. That is nearly half of the online retail price.  If you click here, you can learn more about these awesome organization tools and all of the different sizes in which they come.  To get the rock bottom, lowest price possible, please email me first so I can send you a discount code password.  My website will still give you an incredible discount, but if you allow me to process this sale, I will be able to sell these at the lowest price possible, the price I paid for both of mine!  Still on the edge? Email me and I'll let you know how you can earn some free product with your purchase.

So those of you who are new to the scene saying, what is a Harvest 72"?  It is a shelf which rotates food in the first in, first out fashion.  You put the new food in the top row, then it automatically rotates to the bottom for you.  If any of you have ever tried rotating your cans on your own and had to take everything out in order to readjust everything, you know how frustrating this can get.  After that big project, how many times have you pulled out a can only to find out that it expired 3 years ago despite your diligence?  Never again.

That was the main reason why I originally purchased these shelves, but I soon found out another reason a couple weeks before I received mine in the mail.  I am someone who tries to have a stockpile of all of my favorite food so I never have to run to the grocery store for just one item.  I went to make my chicken enchiladas one day only to find out I was out of green chile sauce.  That might not sound like a big deal to some people, but to me it was HUGE.  I had already started making the meal because I'm never out of ingredients.  Needless to say we didn't have that for dinner after all and I ended up having to pay full price  (gasp!) for the sauce that I typically could buy for about .50 less per can.  Why the long story?  Well with this shelf, you will never have to wonder how much of a certain item you have or where it is stored.  As you empty a row of food, you know that you need to start looking at the ads for that item and stock up so you don' t run out when you need it most.

The thing I love the most is that when its full, I know that I can feed my family of 4 for approximately 4 months and that is extremely comforting.

Originally I bought one that had all small rows (on the website this is indicated by the letter s) which is to mean cans of soup, vegetables, small fruits, and canned meals, etc.  After filling up that shelf with my stockpile, I realized how wonderful it would be to put all of my #10 food storage cans on there.  I ordered my second shelf about 2 months later.

If you need help deciding which shelf is the right one for you you can visit the food rotation system planner or email me and I can help you figure out which sizes would be best.  Not sure you have room for a "big one?"  They actually sell food rotators which go on existing shelves as well.  I will be sure to blog about these in the future as well.  Want to learn how you can earn one for free?  Earn higher chances by becoming a Q Club Member now through June 30th.
